Since then, the market has gradually recovered, with steady increases in home values. Currently, as of February 2025, the median sale price for single-family homes in Las Vegas is approximately $485,000, reflecting a 5.4% year-over-year increase. Mortgage interest rates have fluctuated significantly since the late 1970s, reflecting broader economic trends and monetary policies:
