Traccia houses are single-family detached houses on smaller lots. Lot areas can be as little as 2178 s.f. The largest have sizes under 5000 s.f. This neighborhood began in 2005, sizes vary from 1610 sf to 3158 sf. The neighborhood is now finished with only resale houses available.

Community Features

The houses have front porches and parking garages that open to the brick paved alleys. These are all two-story houses. The houses that are closest to the 215 often have full-on Strip vistas. Although the traffic on the 215 is not what one might wish, the vistas can be amazing. Houses that are on the other borders of the community sometimes offer lovely views of the Red Rock Mountains.

This area is ideal for an active lifestyle. Within the guard-gate, the community features a club house. The club house features a gym, community pool, and tennis courts. All of these amenities are a part of the monthly HOA fees. Owners who require a bit more activity can access the nearby Red Rock Country Club for golf, tennis, etc.
